Summer Favorites 2023
For year three, we took these fashion favorites to the next level. Lined with previews of ready2start music to come, this video has something for everyone. Summer fleece from the likes of Semi Aquatics, Todd Snyder, and the GAP, pants from Tellason and Iron Heart, as well as Air Jordan footwear. Woodworking by CJ (Casey Jenkins)
"It's the process of seeing this wood go from looking horrendous to being a finished product - table or mantle or whatever - and it looks gorgeous."
Creative talent, skilled craftsman, and long-time friend Casey Jenkins showed me around his South Jersey woodshop and explained what it takesto materialize custom woodwork and architectural salvage. Casey is a master of "the very rustic, reclaimed everything - I've always liked the older style of stuff - I just like the way it's built," he said when asked about his signature style. He works with repurposed pine and oak from an early 1900s barn as well as vintage palettes and fresh wood rounds. With nearly a decade of experience in woodworking, Casey has captured flair in the rustic. Reminiscing about the start of his business, he left me with this:
"Just go and do it. Don't be scared - it's not that hard - just watch your fingers."

Artist-Producer duo finally release their full-length debut. Roheezy comes through with impeccable flow, emphatic delivery, and clever wordplay. Socially conscious bars with self-awareness that relays a message with mastery. djAP provides a range of beats that each bump while standing out from one another - classic sample-based hip-hop bangers share this tape with innovative beats that incorporate Indian and Middle Eastern instrumentation. This group continues to produce a voice that must be heard.
